I used to shop at Harmon excessively for years, until they closed their brick & mortar store in Mineola. So when I saw an opportunity to shop with him again online, I placed my first order. I received three out of four items that I purchased, and I contacted custom service via email to ask them if they wanted to issue a refund, or ship me the missing product. They acknowledged in an email that I was missing an item, and then never got back to me again. I wound up having to dispute the missing item amount with my bank since Harmon, ghosted me, after acknowledging that my order was incomplete. Save yourself the trouble shop somewhere else.
